We have loved reading and learning about all the apprenticeship journeys this week during National Apprenticeship Week 2023. We are privileged to have the opportunity to employ several apprentices in our schools and central office, including Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Business Administrators. All our apprentices are dedicated to their roles as they develop their skills and knowledge within the education sector. They always have lots to offer and are so eager to learn and get involved with every opportunity .
Teri, Business Administration Apprentice started her apprenticeship in September and says “Since starting my apprenticeship I have learnt so many transferable skills. Omega Multi-Academy Trust has given me the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, attend different courses and allowed me to experience different situations, within the organisation”
We are currently working on expanding our apprentice opportunities across the Trust.
